2. To assign the duty to temporarily fulfill the post of President of the State Cooperative Enterprise Russian Federation – Russia to the Chairman of the State Committee for the State of Emergency of the USSR, Army General Comrade Boris Khachimovich Satushiev.

3. The State Security Committee of the USSR, the Special Committee under the KGB of the USSR, the Law Enforcement agencies of the USSR to launch an investigation, followed by a Legal assessment of the violation of the Sovereign Legislation of the Great Country of the Sovereign – the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics by a citizen of the USSR Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich, acting President of the State Cooperative Enterprise Russian Federation – Russia since 12.04.2023, as well as the previous period Since 2000, he has served as President and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Russia Corporation.
